The programme investment is £52,500. This covers the complete 8-week private residency — all daily sessions, personal coaching, full nutrition provision, recovery protocols, EMS integration, and a 3-month post-programme check-in. Places are strictly limited to eight per cohort.
THE RESET is designed for high-performing individuals who have either lost their structure, never had it, or are ready to fundamentally elevate who they are. Burned-out founders and executives, wealthy professionals at major life inflection points, and individuals who have achieved external success but not internal alignment. We do not treat clinical conditions. We transform capable people into exceptional people.
Participants are asked to commit to full immersion for the duration of the programme. Leaving mid-programme is strongly discouraged and contractually agreed upon before arrival. In genuine emergencies, provisions exist. The 8-week structure is non-negotiable for a reason — transformation does not happen in parts.
Personal devices are held securely upon arrival. Participants have access to a supervised communication period each week for essential personal and professional contact. No social media. No news. No streaming. Emergency contact protocols are in place at all times. Digital noise is one of the primary obstacles to genuine transformation, and we remove it entirely.
No prior athletic experience is required. THE RESET is designed to meet individuals at their current level and accelerate development from there. We have worked with individuals who could not complete a 5km run and individuals who were former professional athletes. What matters is not current fitness — it is current commitment. All training is individually scaled.
Absolutely. All participants sign mutual confidentiality agreements before arrival. PURE staff operate under full NDAs. We work with a number of high-profile individuals and institutional families for whom privacy is non-negotiable. This is a founding principle of how THE RESET operates.
Every participant leaves with a personalised Exit Architecture — a fully structured framework covering training programmes, nutrition systems, habit structures, and a 3-month check-in protocol with their assigned PURE coach. You are not released without a plan. Integration is as important as immersion, and we take it equally seriously.
